Ok, I am feeling a little behind and this week won’t be quite as busy as last so I will be able to “wing it” it a little more towards the end of the week.

Sunday: grilled chicken with homemade salsa (fresh tomato, corn, peppers, cilantro, onion) over bed of greens and small amount of guacamole

Monday: leftovers from end of last week

Tuesday: grilled chicken with broccoli and green beans

Wednesday: Lentil soup that I never made from last week

Thursday: roasted chicken and vegetables, maybe salad

Friday: ???? maybe take out salads
